TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lucia's Especialidades Argentina is a part of Doherty Salguero Productions LLC. We encourage you to carefully review all Terms and Conditions as your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. Doherty Salguero Productions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Prices

All quoted prices on this website are in US dollars and are valid and effective only in the US. Doherty Salguero Productions LLC reserves the right to change or update prices without prior notice.

Processing Orders

All of our products are made fresh to order. Therefore, orders totaling below $100.00 before tax and shipping charges require 2-3 business days to process before shipment and orders totaling between $100.00 and $200.00 before tax and shipping charges require 3-4 business days to process before shipment. All orders totaling over $200.00 before tax and shipping charges may require additional processing time. Lucia's Especialidades Argentina will contact any customer placing such an order in a timely manner to inform the customer of any additional processing time required. All orders received before 2 p.m. CST Monday through Friday will begin processing the day ordered. Any order after 2 p.m. CST Monday through Friday will begin processing the following business day. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping

In order to maintain the quality and safety of our products, some orders should be shipped according to specific shipping recommendations. These shipping recommendations can be found on the individual product pages under the description. With the exception of the empanadas which must be shipped overnight, you are free to choose any available shipping method you prefer. However, Doherty Salguero Productions LLC (Lucia's Especialidades Argentina DBA) is not liable or responsible in any way for the quality and safety of any product that is not shipped according to these recommendations. No overnight shipping will be sent out on Fridays, unless Saturday delivery is requested. Saturday delivery is an additional $10.00. International shipping, shipping outside the contiguous 48 states and overnight shipping to a P.O. Box are not available.
