Our goal is to provide the most amazing culinary experiences by using only the freshest ingredients, as well as support our local ranchers, farmers and producers. Following are some of the local sources that we use for both our handcrafted selection of authentic Argentine foods, as well as our catering:
Atkinson Farms - Atkinson Farms is a fourth generation farm located in Spring, Texas. They currently farm about 100 acres, growing a variety of over 60 different fruits and vegetables year round. For more information, visit their website at www.atkinsonfarm.com.
Georgia's Texas Grassfed Beef - In 1999, Georgia and Rick Bost purchased over 260 acres in Waller County to create an organic and sustainable farm and ranch operation as a commercially viable demonstration and educational facility called Hibiscus Hill Plantation. With the help of USDA and USDOE competetive grants, they have created a natural grassfed beef ranch and organic farm, while also conducting nutraceutical and biofuels research. For more information, visit their website at www.txgrassfedbeef.com.
Law Ranch Cattle Company - Law Ranch Cattle Company was established in 1952, and they pride themselves on providing customers with high-quality pasture-raised, grass-fed beef and personal service. They raise their cows with high, strict standards that are beyond and more reasonable than the organic set of rules for the best quality meat your money can buy. Their ranch is located in East Harris County, Texas. For more information, visit their website at www.lawranch.com.
Fran's Fryer's - Fran Sweet has worked in the poultry industry for over 43 years and presently owns and operates Fran's Fryers in Milford, Texas. Their chickens are inspected to ensure they meet Fran's highest standards and exceed Federal and State requirements. They are raised cage-free, are grown naturally without growth hormones or steroids, are fed natural feed, are not given penicillin, have no preservatives to extend shelf life and are minimally processed. For more information, visit their website at www.fransfryers.com.
Way Back When Dairy - Way Back When Dairy produces Grade A milk that is low temperature pasteurized, non-homogenized and their cows are raised without antibiotics or genetically modified grains or soy products. They also produce cream, butter and chocolate milk. For more information, contact Way Back When Dairy at waybackwhendairy@yahoo.com.
Houston Dairymaids - Houston Dairymaids is a three year old venture from seasoned cheese professional, Lindsey Schechter. Part business and part exploration, our goal is to meet artisan Texas cheesemakers, learn about their craft and bring the best of their products to Houston. We look for cheese naturally made by hand, and when possible, from unpasteurized milk. Through the farmer's markets, cheese tastings and our work with area chefs, we hope to share our experiences while expanding the offerings of specialty foods to our community. For more information, visit their website at www.houstondairymaids.com.
Blue Heron Farm - Blue Heron Farm is a small, family owned goat dairy dedicated to producing high quality, healthful foods in a sustainable manner. Mia Bella Farm - MiaBella Farm is dedicated to producing fine artesan goat milk creations such as cheese, yogurt, kefir and our sweet delicious milk. We believe that each cheese we produce should be the best and that is why we make them all by hand, the old fashioned way. In addition, we feel that the best milk will produce the best cheese therefore, we are licensed by the State Of Texas as a “Grade A” Raw for Retail facility. This requires our milk to meet higher standards to ensure we reach our goals. Our herd consists of Purebred Nubian & La Mancha Dairy Goats. Using these two breeds allows us to produce the cheese our customers love! We are located in New Caney, TX on 22 Acres where our beautiful does have ample space to exercise and forage. For more information, visit their website at www.miabellafarm.com.
Hammond Farm - The goats milk cheese from Hammond Farm is made right on their farm in New Caney, Texas directly from their own Nubian dairy goats. Their Nubian milk is hormone, antibiotic and chemical free. They have several different flavors of goat cheese, as well as feta and ricotta cheese.
